At its 2025 Upfront event, YouTube unveiled a new interactive shoppable format for connected TV. Products now appear on the right side of the screen during ads, letting viewers browse items using their TV remote.
Users can:
- Scan a QR code to buy instantly on mobile
- Send a link to their phone to shop all products later

This brings storefront-style shopping directly to the big screen, perfect for dual-screen users browsing while they watch.
