Google Complies with Taiwan’s Anti-Fraud Act

As of November 5, 2024, Google updated its disclosures under the “Act for Prevention and Control of Hazards of Fraudulent Crimes” (Taiwan Anti-Fraud Act).

Designated by Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs on September 16, 2024, as an online advertising platform operator under Article 27, Google LLC now complies with Article 28 by disclosing details of its operations and local agent.
