Google is testing an expanded shopping ad format, displaying up to 18 ads in the shopping ad box.
Saad Ali Khan spotted more than 10 Shopping ads on mobile and Ginny Marvin, Google Ads Liaison, responded confirming this small experiment that aims to enhance product discovery.
The test shows a sticky sponsored label as users scroll through the mobile ads (first spotted in April 2024).
