Consent Mode v2 Postponed?

The deadline for implementing Consent Mode v2 for European advertisers was initially set for March 2024, but there appears to be a postponement. Indications of this delay include the disappearance of the notification bar in Google Ads and the removal of the date from the help page.

This change was spotted by Denny Kwakman and shared by Adriaan Dekker, but there hasn’t been any official announcement directly from Google.
