Deeper integration of Merchant Center in the Search Console


Google announced associated Search Console to Merchant Center reports to discover growth opportunities. There will be new reports available in the Search Console under the Shopping section with deeper integration with Google Merchant Center to help merchants better manage their product offerings.

  • Merchants will receive notifications when products stop appearing on the Shopping tab due to any issues.
  • Growth opportunities to increase clicks and improve the ranking of products on Google.

Google is rolling out these new enhancements gradually over the next few weeks.

To enable them in your Shopping tab Listing report, you will need to associate your Search Console property with a Merchant Center account.
