Google Ads will allow licensed gambling operators to advertise in three more Argentine provinces, Entre Rios, Mendoza, and Santa Fe, starting December 4, 2025. Only operators certified by each province’s official regulator will be eligible, and certification is mandatory before ads can run. It allows promoting lotteries, sports betting, online casino games, other online gambling (province-run or province-licensed only).

Starting December 11, 2025, lottery-courier ads will be permitted in Puerto Rico, provided advertisers apply for certification and present a valid license authorizing courier services in states where such licensing is required.

Separately, effective immediately, Google has updated the offline gambling category. The policy now expands examples of permitted physical gambling promotions and broadens the list of countries where offline gambling ads are prohibited. The restricted list includes markets such as India, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, Taiwan, and Vietnam, among others.
