Sofia Akritidou drew attention to the modification of the course of tests in the Skillshop. Google has published three new tests that require the installation of a browser extension called Honorlock, which monitors user activity during testing.
To fulfill it is necessary:
- using only one screen (if you have multiple),
- using only one bookmark,
- taking a selfie,
- taking a photo of an ID card,
- take a 360° video of the room.
These are not tests for certifications for Google Partners, but they are probably a test that will be expanded later for this type of tests. Affected tests have the word “Professional Certification” in the title.
At the same time, according to the following text, it looks like Google might intend to charge for certification.
