In August 2026, Google will update its Cryptocurrencies and related products policies to allow the promotion of cryptocurrency exchanges, software wallets, and hardware wallets in Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
Advertisers must be licensed as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation and comply with local legal requirements.
