Affected regions include Albania, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Italy, Montenegro, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Greece, and Iceland. Microsoft is actively working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
