Google has launched version 23.2 of the Google Ads API, bringing several new features designed to give advertisers expanded insights and flexibility. Advertisers and developers must update their client libraries and code to take advantage of the latest changes.

Among the key additions, the API now includes a VideoEnhancement resource, which reveals whether video ads are Google-generated or provided by the advertiser. There is a new AppTopCombinationView for analyzing high-performing asset combinations in App campaigns.
Additional improvements allow for disabling hotel feeds in Demand Gen campaigns and add metrics for indirect installs in app conversion, along with further upgrades to ContentCreatorInsightsService and ReachPlanService.
