Google has announced that AI Max for Search campaigns is moving out of beta, with automatic upgrades from legacy features starting in September. Campaigns using Dynamic Search Ads, automatically created assets, and campaign-level broad match will be transitioned to AI Max.

As part of this shift, Dynamic Search Ads will phase out in September and automatically switched to AI Max to avoid impact on performance. New DSA creation will no longer be available.
Advertisers can opt in to upgrade early, with upgrade tools rolling out this week. Advertisers are encouraged to start upgrading as soon as possible. Automatic upgrades will follow and conclude in September.
