A Google email titled "Upcoming Changes to Lodging Price Accuracy Standards" informs hotels about updated Google price accuracy enforcement for hotel ads, effective September 2024, detailing new requirements and the impact on pricing shown to users.

From that date, Google will remove more inaccurate prices appearing in both ads and free booking links.
