Google Ads will begin rolling out a new feature in February 2026 allowing advertisers to apply for select policy certifications directly within their account interface.

This update means some users will gradually see the option to manage certification applications from the Admin tab under a new ‘Policy‘ menu.

The change is designed to streamline the application process, although not all advertisers will see it immediately.

Advertisers whose accounts haven’t been updated can continue to use the Google Ads Help Center for certification applications. Existing certifications and pending applications will remain unaffected by this incremental release.

This enhancement aims to simplify policy management and give advertisers more control, reducing friction for regulated verticals.
