Starting August 4, advertisers and developers now have 3 key targeting upgrades:

  1. Device Targeting – Specify where your PMax ads appear by platform/device.
  2. Negative Keyword Lists – Exclude irrelevant searches with campaign-level negative keyword lists.
  3. Age Range Exclusions – Remove specific age groups from your targeting to improve relevance and compliance.

All 3 features are now available across supported API versions. A solid step forward in bringing more control and precision to an otherwise automated campaign type.
