Google Ads Outage Disrupts Advertiser Access on October 1st

An error page from Google on October 1st featured the code "500" and the message, "That's an error. There was an error. Please try again later. That's all we know." The page showed a broken robot with detached limbs and tools scattered around, hinting at a Google Ads outage affecting advertiser access.

On October 1st, Google Ads experienced an outage that began around 7 a.m. UTC.

The issue left many advertisers unable to access their Google Ads accounts and manage their campaigns for several hours, showing a 500 server error.

The screenshot was shared by Rakshit Shetty, along with many others.
