Updates to Gambling and Games Policy in Poland

On May 20, 2024, Google will update its Gambling and games policy in Poland. Google will begin to accept online lottery ads from the Finance Ministry’s licensed entities for:

  • Online betting sites
  • Online lotteries and numeric games

Advertisers must also be certified with Google.
