Google Ads Introduces Centralized Policy Issue Tracking

Google Ads account summary showing 3 ad issues with eligibility warnings and policy violation notifications in the centralized issue tracking dashboard

Google Ads has introduced a Policy Summary page under the Admin section, giving advertisers a centralized view of policy issues affecting their accounts and ads.

The page is accessible via Admin > Policy > Summary and is divided into two sections.

  • Account issues displays policy problems affecting the entire account.

  • Ads and Asset group issues lists individual ads and asset groups with policy violations, including their eligibility status and options to address or dismiss issues.

The new layout also allows advertisers to sort issues by cost, conversions or ROAS, making it easier to prioritize policy reviews.

An earlier test spotted in August suggested that Google planned to replace the existing Policy Manager and move it under Admin > Policy. However, in this case, both sections coexist, with the original Policy Manager still available under Tools > Troubleshooting > Policy Manager.
