Google Tests Clickable Underlined Text in Search Ads

Google is testing a new presentation style for Search ads, where portions of ad descriptions appear underlined and function as clickable links. Clicking these highlighted segments directs users to the advertiser’s landing page.

This experiment introduces additional clickable elements within ad copy, potentially making Search ads more interactive and influencing how users engage with them.

Earlier reports also highlighted Bing’s experiments with Search ad presentation.
