Microsoft has introduced Offer Highlights, a new advertising experience designed for Copilot. These highlights allow brands to showcase key product differentiators, such as free shipping or in-store pickup, directly within conversations, enhancing the context of AI interactions.

Initially launched for retail use cases in English-speaking markets, Offer Highlights can be used on product detail pages across Microsoft Copilot, Edge, and Bing.
Advertisers provide the information they want to promote through Microsoft Merchant Center, with brands like Best Buy already leveraging this capability.
