In June, some advertisers received an email under the heading Google Merchant Center with the option to sign up for the beta, which consists of the ability to display a new button in the product results that will not send the user to the product page as usual, but directly to the cart where this product will be added.
The destination address is specified using parameters that include:
- product id
- color (optional)
- size (optional)

It is not clear from the email whether the beta refers to paid ads or free listings or both.
