Microsoft Advertising has shared new details on its recently introduced self serve negative keywords for Performance Max, expanding control beyond the initial release.

As covered in our previous article on self serve negatives for PMax, advertisers can now manage exclusions directly in the interface without support.
The latest update adds more flexibility and scale:
- Negative keyword lists supported at campaign or account level with up to 5000 keywords per list
- Match types behave like Search campaigns for consistency
- API, Editor, and Google Ads import support now available
