Google is rolling out two new reporting metrics in Google Ads and Local ads:
- Map Pin Clicks – Tracks when users click your business’s pin on Google Maps.
- Show Nearby Locations – Captures interactions where users view other nearby store options.
Both metrics are available under Campaigns → Segment → Click Type in your account.
These insights give advertisers a clearer view of how users interact with local listings, helping inform omnichannel strategies and store visit optimization.
