Agencies Delayed by Microsoft’s Removal of Direct Account Access Requests

Microsoft Advertising has temporarily disabled agencies from sending direct client connection requests due to fraud concerns.

Now, agencies must contact Microsoft support and wait 5–7 business days for approval.

This new process aims to prevent fraud but adds delays to onboarding new clients.
