Starting January 2025, new privacy laws in Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, Nebraska, and New Hampshire will prompt updates to Google Ads Data Processing Terms.

If you’ve accepted the online data protection terms, no further action is required.

Google offers tools for publishers to manage compliance, and account-level Restricted Data Processing will apply in these states from November 15, 2024, potentially increasing Restricted Data Processing traffic.
