In April 2023, a golden circle badge was seen by the business name within search results.
As the year progressed, December 2023 saw further innovation with the introduction of “Identity verified” text. Google tested two placements for this text: one at the beginning of the ad’s description line and another just below the ad text.
Recently, Saquibuddin Fasih Syed observed another new iteration: a blue shield badge by the business name.
