Google is sending out emails to inform advertisers about upcoming changes to suspended Google Ads accounts. Beginning in June 2024, suspended accounts will have limited functionality.

Despite the suspension, users will still be able to perform specific actions:

  • Make payments and manage billing.
  • Cancel accounts and claim refunds.
  • Appeal suspensions and complete verification.
  • Update security settings.
  • Access all account pages and download reports.

All other actions will be disabled for suspended accounts. These changes only apply to suspended Google Ads accounts and do not affect the operation of active accounts.

In addition to notifying advertisers by email, the information was also published in the Advertising Policies Help: Update to functionality of suspended Google Ads accounts.
