Originally announced in late November, Microsoft Advertising’s asset-level editorial review is now live in the platform interface. Advertisers can now see individual assets, like headlines, descriptions, and images, being reviewed separately for policy compliance.

This update minimizes disruption by allowing compliant assets to serve even if others are flagged. Only non-compliant components require edits, making the approval process faster and more efficient.
By moving away from ad-level reviews, Microsoft gives advertisers more control and reduces the time to get ads live.
