Did you notice the new pop-up window when creating a new Google Ads account under your MCC?
Google now requests linking an existing account that has spent over 1000 USD and has a positive payment history. This pop-up window is a recent addition. To bypass this, ensure you’re logged in with an email account that has administrator privileges for the MCC you’re working with.
