Starting September 22, 2025, Google will update its Sexual content policy by removing “Mature Cosmetic Procedures” as a restricted category. Once the change goes into effect, Google Ads will no longer treat this content as limited under the Sexual content policy.
Policy enforcement will be gradually phased out over approximately four weeks beginning on the effective date. However, ads must still comply with all other relevant Google Ads policies, including restrictions on sexually suggestive content and nudity.
Protections for minors remain in place, meaning ads promoting these procedures will continue to be restricted from serving to children and teens.
