Google Expands Loyalty Program Features for Advertisers

Google is expanding its loyalty program features for Merchant Center users, aiming to help retailers strengthen customer relationships and drive engagement.

Loyalty benefits can now be displayed directly in product listings, making it easier to attract new members and reward existing ones.

Advertisers will find new options for personalizing offers to loyalty members, with some retailers experiencing up to a 20% boost in click-through rates when targeting these users. Key perks like member pricing and exclusive shipping options can now be highlighted across more ad surfaces and regions.

Updates include expanded visibility for loyalty annotations in local inventory and regional Shopping ads, plus international rollout to 14 countries.

Loyalty features are now live on a wider range of Google’s AI-powered shopping surfaces.
